Introduction
This is to all classmates and Professor. This is quite a learning experience with all this technology. I would like to welcome all of you to feel free to post your thoughts on this blog. I have had a time with this process it was kind of confusing to me on some of the steps. I made it though with much time and trail and error. The class discussion on relaxation exercise was interesting. I have learned some of those steps in life in general. It was necessary for me when my twins who have special needs get out of hand. I learned to do the deep breathing and try to relax before I react to certain issues that arise. It has been very useful in keeping my sanitary. I was being sarcastic but also telling the truth. It is a process that is learned and comes easier the more you practice it.

I have been a student with Kaplan for 3 years and I am still learning about all of the different forms of technology. People laugh at me when I tell them I don't have a cell phone, I feel as though they tend to consume people and I have lived just fine without one so why is there such a need to have one now. The process was a bit confusing for me as well, I had some difficulties too so don't feel like you are alone with that. The relaxation exercise was neat. I found that I could relax all the muscles within my body and achieve a more relaxed state of mind through the soothing sounds. That is wonderful that you learned that you need to do deep breathing and try to relax before you react to certain issues. Many people don't realize this and it causes them turmoil in their lives. Twins with special needs must consume a lot of your time and energy, the best of luck to you!
